- Work Experience:
- At least 1 year (1,560 hours) of skilled work in Canada within the last 3 years.
- Work must be in NOC TEER 0 (management), TEER 1 (professional), TEER 2 (technical), or TEER 3 (intermediate skilled).
- Part-time work counts if it totals 1,560 hours (e.g., 15 hours/week for 24 months).
- Self-employment and work during full-time studies (e.g., co-op terms) do not count.
- Language Proficiency:
- CLB 7 for TEER 0 or 1 occupations (equivalent to IELTS 6.0 in each band for English).
- CLB 5 for TEER 2 or 3 occupations (lower language requirements).
- Tests accepted include IELTS (English), CELPIP (English), TEF (French), or TCF (French).
- Residency Status:
